She was also a part of the team who placed 2nd in the 100 meters relay. Jones took home both the hurdles in the indoor as well as outdoor hurdles event at the NCAA Championship in 2003. Jones began training in 2005, when she completed her education. The identical year, she was crowned in the Torino Memorial event, and in 2206, she won the Ostrava track race as and the Heusden track event.
