Srushti deshmukh, who is in her third year of engineering is already beginning to prepare for UPSC. When she finished her senior year of engineering, Srushti Deshmukh wondered if she'd like working in the field of engineering. She realized later that her ideal job would be working in the civil service. She began to concentrate on this. The parents of her encouraged her to prepare for civil service and to make an impact in the community. She did not lose motivation as she remained focused on her goal of becoming an IAS. It takes more effort to get UPSC. She also prepared for UPSC exams while taking engineering classes. Every day, she would set aside time to study for her exam. She studied for the engineering examinations in only one-and-ahalf months and stayed away from social activities. She believes that focus and concentration are essential for a successful test to become a government official. She worked hard to achieve her dream of passing the exam at first try. Every day, she went through the news to stay updated with the current news. Also, she got lots of support online by collecting studying materials as well as watching Rajya Sabha TV.
